Valvetronic Exhaust System for Kia Stinger RWD 2.0T 18+
The Fi EXHAUST system is designed with a valvetronic technology to control airflow, sound volume and enhance the overall performance and torque. On average horsepower is expected to increase from 5-10% after installing a full catless system, which includes a valvetronic catback and ultra-high flow downpipe.
When valves are closed exhaust gasses are routed through the muffler resulting in a low-profile comfortable drive. However, when the valves are fully open an intense and sporty soundtrack is produced.
Switching between street and race sound profiles can be done using factory exhaust/sport button or drive mode, or optional Fi EXHAUST remote control and mobile App.
The unique sound and performance for KIA Stinger is achieved through individually designed muffler internals that are fabricated to offer an ultimate driving experience.
Please note each part of the Fi EXHAUST system needs to be ordered separately.
Different exhaust parts are offered depending on the vehicle version.
Please note that the actual product may vary in appearance depending on the year of the car and area. The exhaust system is also subject to changes to the design over an extended time period. Product pictures are for illustration purposes only.

Frequency Intelligent Exhausts
Experience the full potential of your vehicle with a symphony of sound
Feel the rush of a race-car driver without the factory sound restrictions. FI-Exhaust takes pride in delivering premium exhausts that highlight key engine notes of your car.
Committed to cutting-edge technology, the FI R&D team has consistently engineered high-quality exhaust systems for car enthusiasts, who seek a superior sound and performance, and require an exhaust system that will perform in all conditions.
FI Exhaust caters to a wide range of cars, specialising in performance car brands such as BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Lamborghini and McLaren.
If you're ready to take your car to the next level, FI-Exhaust is your top choice.
To determine the perfect balance between horsepower and torque, our design team obtains data from a prototype model and uses CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to design and manufacture the exhaust system. CAD allows designers to simulate and calibrate optimal hydrodynamic models more precisely. All the CAD designs are stored in an in-depth database, which provides invaluable and critical information to continually enhance.
With the intention of making the pipeline smoother and fitter, we use the unique pipe bending machine to reduce the joints of the pipeline and will probably lower the joints issues. A 3D Laser cutting technology is used alongside this process when encountering some joints that can’t be bent. After running computer calculations cuts are made to produce joints that are close to each other and improve durability of the product.
Each set of the exhaust systems by Fi EXHAUST will go through three manual polishing procedures. During this step both inner and outer walls are polished. This reduces unevenness of the pipe wall to improve exhaust gas flow efficiency.
Are you someone that needs to control the volume level sometimes? If so, go Pro -The FI Remote's valvetronic technology allows an exhaust system to control the gas flow, sound frequency, and overall performance. This allows the sports car to have higher torque at low RPMs and even higher horsepower at higher RPMs.
Fi EXHAUST has developed a mobile App “Fi EXHAUST Pro” for smartphones using Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android operating systems. The App is easy to set us and allows a driver to get the most enjoyment out of the car.
Through the use of our intelligent control box and the Fi Pro App drivers can tinker with custom functions. For example, on selected car models the App can automatically detect and erase a Check Engine Light (CEL) related to the catalytic converter or customize what physical buttons do on a redesigned 2-button style remote control.
The Pro-Remote is now available in 14 different colours. If you have a preference, contact us directly.
Key Features
Drone Minimisation
In the pursuit of better sound frequency through modified exhaust systems, many car owners have been troubled by vibration and drone in the vehicle interior. FI Exhaust has eliminated these two concerns by addressing key factors that contribute to the drone and vibration such as construction quality, materials used, welding joints, thickness of exhaust pipes, and barrel design.
Our goal is to ensure that users can enjoy a powerful sound tone after installing our exhaust system without being disturbed by drone or vibration inside the car at a low RPM.
Superior Welds
FI Exhausts utilise Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, a technique known for its precision and quality. In this process, an inert shielding gas, typically Argon or Helium, protects the welded areas from atmospheric contamination. A constant-current welding power supply produces an arc to melt the object and filler metal through a column of highly ionized gas and metal vapors. Although, gases needed for TIG welding process are noticeably more expensive than other welding methods, it can effectively shield the surrounding environment to prevent contamination, while being insoluble and having no reaction with metals. TIG welding also automatically eliminates the oxide films present on the surfaces of the welding joints. As a result, details and finishes on the objects can be protected from the destructive effects of the atmosphere to the melted metal.
The quality of the TIG welding reflects the skill, experience, dedication and masterful touches performed by our welders. This craftsmanship not only appeals to car owners who appreciate aesthetic excellence but also establishes a new standard for the strength and performance of aftermarket exhaust systems.
Diameter Considerations
A focal point in our designs, pipe diameters play a critical role in the quality and practicality of every exhaust system. Larger pipe diameters will improve horsepower output performance at a high RPM range. However, this does not mean that larger diameters produce better performance when at high RPM. If the diameter is too large, exhaust gases may not be able to fill up the holding space of the pipe and lead to turbulence and exhaust outflow issues that can negatively affect the performance.
Therefore, the FI Team designs and customises every exhaust pipe with precision and utmost care based on their original fittings, with the aim to greatly increase the horsepower and torque through an optimal diameter ratio. Drivers will discover a breakthrough in sports car sound performance not available with the OEM exhaust system.
Exhaust pipes with smaller diameter sizes are perfect for torque output under low revs. When under mid to low RPM range, exhaust gases can be released quickly, whereas under high RPM, large volumes of exhaust gases will be blocked inside the exhaust system, and the exhaust temperature will increase subsequently.
