How it all began
Small Beginnings
Zero Offset was born from the pure love and passion for cars and it's culture - the building, the racing and everything in-between. As car enthusiasts, we wanted to build a home for all your aftermarket auto-body needs. At the time, it was difficult to source car parts locally which meant shipping from overseas would be costly. We wanted to bridge the gap and bring parts into Australia that were not only high quality, but also affordable.
So, in 2016 we became Zero Offset. It all started in the basement of our parent's home (cliche, we know). We reached out to shops, suppliers and even influencers worldwide. We then created our first web-store. The day we launched, our first sale happened within the first 10 minutes and we were stoked. Unfortunately for us, the item that was ordered had a pricing error and was inevitably refunded.

It wasn't long before we realised that we needed more space (and our parents were tired of us parking their cars outside so we could fit boxes in the garage - but mostly the space thing).
We secured our first lease in 2018 in Sunshine North - a small but very cozy warehouse sized at approximately 150sqm.
This was the new base of operations. Here, we gained traction and started working with brands like Invidia, H&R and Flow Designs.
The dreaded C-word: COVID
COVID-19: The make or break
This period was definitely one of the biggest challenges we've ever faced. As many would recall, the lockdowns imposed by the Governments made it difficult to navigate through work, especially if you were considered 'non-essential'. Thankfully, warehousing for dispatch was eventually considered essential and we were back in full swing. However, the new regulations made it difficult to grow our product ranges with the increase of production costs overseas and import cost within Australia. In addition, making up for lost time being in lockdown made it difficult to work through the backlog.
Hence a decision needed to be made - do we continue, or close up shop?
Risk it for the biscuit
Introducing Zero Offset HQ
That's right, we risked it all to continue what we set out to do - inspire the next generation of car lovers. We saw how much people loved the accessibility to aftermarkets body kits and didn't want to dissapoint. We reinvested everything we had into what became our second location. We doubled down on stock, collaborated with more brands and tried to grow beyond just body kits by stocking weathershields, exhausts, wheels and intakes.
Over the next 3 years, we committed to bringing in the latest and greatest the automotive world had to offer including brands like; ARMASPEED, FI Exhaust, HKS, Tomei and Zaero Designs. We grew our inventory to over 2000 stocked items.
On display for the world to see
Shows & Events
For the first time ever, we were given the opportunity to showcase at events like Black Label Invitational and Compello Motorshow. During the year we had prepared multiple car builds to be featured in these events including:
- Subaru BRZ
- Toyota GR86
- Subaru WRX
- BMW M3
- BMW M4
- Toyota GR Yaris

An all-new look for ZO
And here we are - the end of 2024.
We have now completely transitioned into a new facility in Clayton, VIC. We are using the new space to innovate the modifcation industry by offering more services and products to help you with your modification journey.
As always, we are committed to supplying you with the latest and greatest in parts from the Automotive world. In 2024, we are now proudly partnered with Adro inc. and Leyo Motorsports as their official Australian Distributors.
